You’ll play a critical role in shaping our sports construction projects from day one by:
- Reviewing and analyzing plans, specs, and project documents
- Performing accurate quantity takeoffs for materials, labor, and equipment
- Building detailed, competitive estimates and bid proposals
- Evaluating subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Identifying risks, contingencies, and cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborating closely with project managers and engineers
- Attending pre-bid meetings and site visits when needed
- Supporting budgets, schedules, RFIs, and value engineering
- Maintaining cost data to help us bid smarter every time
This role isn’t about pushing numbers, it’s about building winning projects

- Construction-minded, detail-driven thinker
- 2+ years of construction estimating or related experience
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
- Comfortable reading blueprints and technical documents
- Experience with estimating software (Bluebeam, Plan Swift, Sage, or similar)
- Solid math, analytical, and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple bids
- OSHA 10/30 and First Aid/CPR/AED are a plus—not a deal breaker

Wage Range: $22.00 – $29.00 per hour
