Business Development Intern

Tech Fin Global believes empowerment begins with knowledge. We run professional education programmes, events and consultancy in AI, Web3, Fin Tech, and entrepreneurship. Our learners include working professionals, founders, corporates, and government teams across Singapore.

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support partnerships, outreach, and programme growth.

• Assist in pitching programmes and partnership ideas to individual professionals, corporate and partners.
• Support business conversations, follow-ups, and meeting coordination.
• Research industries and communities to identify new partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Support on brand outreach and programme content.
• Work with the marketing team to shape the delivery of campaigns and outreach materials.
• Help coordinate programmes and events, including participant communication and on-site support.
• Track outreach activities and maintain records.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with professionals.
• Interest in business growth, partnerships, lead gen.
• Organised and able to manage follow-ups and simple tracking tasks.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Experience in sales, partnerships, or client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems.
• Interest in AI, Fin Tech, Web3, or startups.

• Feb / March 2026 – May 2026
• May 2026 – August 2026 (Summer)
• Minimum 3-month commitment
• Monthly remuneration with a potential variable performance bonus during the Internship
