Kosh Consulting Group is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Consulting Intern to join our team. This entry‑level contract position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in HR Consulting and contribute to impactful projects. The ideal candidate will be currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree and possess a strong interest in HR technology, AI, Marketing, Business Development, and related fields.

This role requires strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.

• Conducting thorough research on HR technology trends, AI applications, and market analysis
• Interview consultants to gather additional insights and knowledge
• Compile and analyze findings to inform project direction
• Contribute to the design and development of an AI‑powered HR consulting tool
• Present research summaries and assist with documentation

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• Strong communication and research skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
