Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales Management
Develop and implement company-wide
sales strategies and growth plans
for TCM wellness services, treatment packages, and membership programs.Establish
sales targets, KPIs, and performance tracking systems
across all outlets.Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify opportunities to improve revenue and service offerings.
Recruit, manage, and supervise
sales consultants, customer service personnel, and outlet front desk teams
.Design and implement structured
sales training programs
focusing on customer consultation, wellness product knowledge, and service package sales.Conduct regular
performance evaluations and coaching
to improve team productivity and service quality.
Lead the development and implementation of
online marketing strategies
, including:Social media marketing campaigns
Online booking platform partnerships
Digital advertising and search engine marketing
Customer relationship management systems
Monitor marketing performance metrics and optimize customer acquisition strategies.
Establish strategic partnerships with
corporate wellness programs, healthcare providers, hotels, and lifestyle businesses
.Develop corporate wellness packages and promotional collaborations to expand market reach.
Identify new customer segments and business opportunities within Singapore’s wellness industry.
Conduct
market analysis and feasibility studies
for potential new TCM massage outlets.Participate in
site selection, pricing strategy, and operational planning
for new branches.Support the
setup, recruitment, training, and launch strategy
of newly established outlets.
Develop and implement
standard operating procedures (SOPs)for sales operations and customer service standards.Introduce systems to improve
customer retention, membership growth, and service quality
.Work closely with senior management to improve business efficiency and profitability.
