We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team within the Manufacturing industry. This role will be instrumental in driving strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier relationships, and cost reduction efforts to optimize our operations.

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead supplier relationship management to ensure optimal performance and value delivery.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and secure the best value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into sourcing strategies.
• Manage production and demand planning to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement initiatives to achieve savings.
• Review market trends and conditions to identify potential suppliers and products.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field within the Manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of production and demand planning processes.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve cost reduction targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Professional certification in Supply Chain Management or related field is an advantage.
