Job Summary

A HR Business Executive’s job is a hybrid role. It not only encompasses recruitment but also business development, account management, customer service, sales & marketing all rolled into one. It is about understanding people’s needs and motivations, and managing clients’ and candidates’ expectations. It is also about building relationships. It may be a challenging role but a very meaningful one!

• Business Development
  :
  Initiate a range of business development and marketing activities tobuild new corporate clients and grow your own client portfolio.
• Account Management
  :
  Manage internal and external stakeholders and clients on their hiring needs.
• Talent Acquisition
  :
  Engage in candidate sourcing activities, such as publishing job advertisements and conducting candidate referrals, to ensure a consistent supply of candidates to meet client's needs.
• Candidate Management
  :
  Manage candidates’ job needs and expectations, their payroll and employment benefits

• Paired 1 to 1 mentorship according to working style
• Client visit with mentor to gain broader experience and to experience client’s workplace
• Improved communication skills & problem solving tactics

• Min. Degree in any field of study.
• Strong interest in marketing and/or business development
