Client Experience & Client Journey
- Offer highest level of guest experience through anticipation, planning and execution
- Responsible of the client journey in the 3 spaces (boutique, private space and exhibition space)
- Proactively conceptualizes new opportunities to engage, surprise and delight clients
- Develop partnerships with commercial 3rd parties and develop a strong networking across Singapore and beyond
- Promote the Salon and its activations internally and externally
- Develop new client prospects, Follow / Monitor Sales Associates’ contact plans & clienteling actions
- Partner closely with fellow SEA boutiques and Raffles hotel to offer to their VVIP guests an exceptional client experience
- Work closely with Clienteling and HJ teams in Singapore,Regional and HQ to establish Raffles as a destination for internal top clients
- Be an ambassador of the Maison
- Develop local PR activities events and partnerships
- Know the Maison’s products and History
- Ensure consistent Brand visual identity
- Management of the team: set & follow-up objectives, challenge & develop the team, drive engagement.
- Handle HR different topics and issues
- Define recruitment needs, participate in recruitments and onboard new team members
- Animate the team (prepare brief, share information)
- Monitor the team performance
- Closely collaborate with Raffles hotel to support Butler training on VCA offering
- Build boutique action plan to reach boutique targets, set and monitor targets for individual members
- Know clients & develop boutique’s portfolio
- Monitor boutique expenses (gifting, budget, travel expenses, boutique incentives etc)
- Handle & solve issues related to clients
- Advise clients and sell when needed & be a role model regarding the selling ceremony
- Ensure compliance with Group’s policies & enforce Maison’s commercial rules
- Ensure the Salon is operating well (stock, tools, roster) are well maintained at alltimes
- Min. 5 years professional work experience in the Luxury industry in Management function
- Proven team leader
- Strong sense of client services and hospitality
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong proactivity and creativity
- Excellent detail orientation skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Well-mannered, engaging and assertive presence
