Salary: $15/hr
- Plan, create, and publish a minimum of four content pieces weekly to sustain and expand engagement across alternate labour movement–based social media channels.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy to drive reach and audience growth.
- Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and administrative briefings to support the development and launch of a potential labour movement podcast series.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of production requirements.
- Drive outreach initiatives and foster collaborations with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) to support the growth of the YC3 creator network.
- Contribute to achieving the strategic target of expanding the network to 100 creators by the end of H2 2026.
- Min. Degree in Marketing or related fields
- Able to commit to the end of the year
