What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Execute scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies through root-cause analysis
  • Research and process exception orders, receipts, and returns in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop actionable reports for process improvements
  • Mentor team members on WMS best practices, inventory controls, and safety procedures
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and support continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a transaction-intensive warehouse or distribution center environment
  • Proficient in operating material-handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to sort numerical data and recognize trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable escalating issues and collaborating across levels
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Relevant certifications such as CPIM or Six Sigma
  • Experience in leading or supporting Kaizen events and Lean initiatives
  • Familiarity with advanced data analysis tools and reporting techniques
  • Previous experience in a mentorship or coaching role within a warehouse setting
