Your RoleAre you an energetic and upbeat individual with a knack for solving problems? We want you on our team! As an Automotive Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive the best care for their vehicles. We’re searching for “A-players” who thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns efficiently.
- Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any issues.
- Work alongside fellow technicians to meet deadlines and achieve exceptional results.
- Enjoy paid continuous training—up to 30 hours a year!
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
- Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
- A commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
- A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- A desire for long-term career development.
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
- Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Proficient in navigating a computer.
