Hillcrest Silver Ridge is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Clinical Support Scheduler to join our team! In this role, you will support our clinical leadership by coordinating schedules, maintaining staffing coverage, and helping ensure our residents receive the exceptional care Hillcrest is known for.

• Coordinate and maintain clinical staffing schedules for nursing and care staff
• Ensure appropriate coverage for shifts, vacations, and call‑ins
• Communicate scheduling updates and changes with team members and leaders
• Assist with staffing adjustments to maintain quality resident care
with correct items.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and reports
• Support clinical leadership with administrative tasks and staffing coordination
• Answer scheduling inquiries and help team members navigate schedule needs

Schedulers play a key role in healthcare operations by managing staff or patient schedules and coordinating daily changes to maintain smooth clinical workflows.

• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pace environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with scheduling, staffing coordination, or healthcare administration preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
