Location: Orchard

Report to Senior Building Executive and receive instructions from Senior Building Executive.

Perform monthly rotating duties to manage Building Management Office (BMO) Reception Counter, manage various general activities including:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and attend to walk‑in enquiries.
  • Attend to tenants’ email enquiry/request/feedback and forward to the respective Executives/Managers. Attend to tenants’ service request and/or fault report in App and ensure it is closed timely.
  • Raise service requests/work orders to generate billings in SAP.
  • Handle the issuance of car parking complimentary tickets.
  • Manage the Key Management System to ensure keys are returned on the same day.
  • Co‑ordinate and maintain the building signages and management of letter boxes.
  • Co‑ordinate the opening of vacant units for viewing. Inspect and maintain vacant units in clean and tenantable condition.
  • Conduct inspections and monitor the rectifications of any building faults or defects.
  • Supervise and manage cleaning operations and conducting inspections at building’s common areas for cleanliness, pest control, etc.
  • Supervise and manage term contractors for various building services such as pest control, air freshener, landscaping, etc.
  • Assist with the handing over and taking over of building areas.
  • Assist the Senior Fire Safety Manager in the Fire Drill Exercise (twice yearly).
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
  • Role works on Alternate Saturdays;
    Mon to Fri (8.30 am to 5.30 pm), Alt Sat (8.30 am to 12.30 pm)

    Job Requirements
    • Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC in Facilities Management or equivalent.
    • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in office/hospitality environment.
    • Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
    • Computer literate (proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP).
