Location: Orchard
- Salary:
Up to $6,500
- SGX Listed Investment firm
- Working location: walking distance from Orchard MRT
- Provide admin & secretarial support to the a Senior Director whom is the Board Member of several Listed Companies
- Coordinate appointments and calendar management
- Handling of confidential-related matters.
- Handling email correspondences
- Manage Drivers and their daily work schedules
- Sourcing of corporate/ festive gifts and managing the delivery schedules
- Sourcing and purchase of office equipment and office supplies
- Maintain office administrative files; electronic or physical, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility
- At least Private Secretarial qualification or GCE ‘A’ Level
- At least 5 years of secretarial relevant work experience in supporting senior management
- Secretary experience in support Board Member of SGX listed company
- Candidate with relevant experience in government agencies will have advantage
- Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
