Social Media Content (1+ Year Experience Required):
Maintain and update Xiaohongshu (XHS), Facebook, and Instagram etc
.Create content focusing on product highlights, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling
.Assist in coordinating with KOLs/KOCs for media tastings and reviews.
Procurement & Admin Support:
Accurately input procurement invoices and delivery orders into the system.
Assist in the submission process for ad-hoc ingredient reimbursements
.Systematic filing of administrative documents and invoices.
Team Support:
Assist in organizing staff welfare events and team-building gatherings.
Education: Minimum Diploma holder.
Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in social media content maintenance.
Skills: Proficiency in mobile editing tools and basic Office software.
Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin (to manage bilingual social media content).
