Position: 1 Year Contract Bank Officer (Entry level) #HZOT
Location: Orchard

Bank Officer/ Senior Officer

Job Duration: 1 April 2026 to 31 Jan 2027

Working Hours:

9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break
Salary: $3,000 to $3,500

Key Responsibilities Purchase

Requisition & Goods Receipt Management
  • Ensure Purchase Requisition s are created within 3 working days of receiving requests.
  • Check and route park Invoice to the next workflow.
  • Handle Goods Receipt (GR) exceptions by notifying relevant parties.
  • Follow up on all GR-related matters, including:
    • Invoices received by GFO without a corresponding GR.
    • GR completed but payment not processed.
  • Support month-end processes by generating monthly PRs for team review.
Accounts Payable & General Ledger Support
  • Prepare AP and GL upload templates with accuracy.
Administrative Support
  • Coordinate and order stationery for HPW and CRES staff on a quarterly basis.
  • Arrange courier services as needed.
  • Ensure emails in the common mailbox are acknowledged and actioned.
  • Preparation of cost centre/GL account creation forms as needed.
  • CRES cost centres and HPW cost centres broadcast.
Finance Operations
  • Manage cost allocations across the Group (e.g. security, cleaning, electricity).
  • Maintain and monitor the Outstanding Payment List for non-PO items.
  • Assist in monthly GL substantiation and Nostro open item reviews.
  • Assist with Capex Budget Transfers.
  • Facilitate unlocking of Internal Orders.
  • Monthly opex review of associates.
  • Assist in yearly budget exercise for collation and input.
Requirements
  • Min. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with financial systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
