Accounting & Finance Support

• Support expense settlement and general accounting processes.
• Monitor branch operating budget execution and verify expense records.
• Manage and archive financial supporting documents for HQ compliance.
• Assist with tax administration, including VAT filing and receipt classification.
• Act as a liaison with local accounting and tax firms.

• Manage office supplies, equipment procurement, and asset inventory.
• Office facility maintenance and manage utility/lease settlements.
• Coordinate with local institutions such as banks, government agencies, and property management.
• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support branch operations.

• Coordinate hotel bookings, itinerary changes, and expense processing for business travelers and expats.
• Manage visitor reception and office access control.
• Provide logistical support for local schedules and transportation.

• Organize meeting environments and distribute necessary documentation.
• Support internal communication and executive schedule management.
