We are seeking a Leasing & Administrative Executive to support retail leasing operations and administrative functions. This role playsa key part in lease management, renewals, coordination with landlords, and internal stakeholders, while also providing strong administrative and reporting support for retail stores and roadshows.
This position is ideal for someone who values stability,is detail-oriented, and works well in a structured, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities Leasing Support- Manage lease renewals and support retail expansion plans, including new lease documentation
- Assist in lease negotiations through data analysis, site viewings coordination, and documentation preparation
- Support feasibility studies and handle lease-related administrative tasks
- Oversee end-to-end lease administration, including:
- Data entry and tenancy record maintenance/Payment processing and vendor coordination
- Manage façade signage matters and ensure timely execution of rental renewals
- Act as a liaison between retail teams and landlords to resolve operational issues (e.g. water leakage, facilities concerns)
- Stay updated on Singapore retail mall market trends
- Prepare, update, and maintain leasing and administrative reports
- Ensure proper documentation control and shared filing systems
- Liaise with Operations, Finance, and Legal teams
- Evaluate store and roadshow performance through productivity analysis
- Manage all administrative paperwork related to roadshows
- Provide operational support for retail events and activities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
- Diploma in Leasing, Business, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner
