Executive Assistant, Learning & Development & Employee Engagement
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract
Salary: From 2,580
Reporting To: Assistant Manager
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support Learning & Development (L&D) and Employee Engagement activities. This role involves coordinating training programmes, engagement events, and providing HR administrative support.
Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & Development
- Coordinate training programmes and logistics
- Prepare training communications and confirmation emails
- Liaise with vendors and process invoices/payments
- Support Learning Awards and onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate records and dashboards
- Assist with L&D administrative duties
Employee Engagement
- Support planning and coordination of engagement programmes
- Assist with event logistics and communications
- Provide administrative support for staff wellness initiatives
- Support management of staff facilities and engagement activities
- Diploma qualification (Business/HR)
