- To process the following requests received from policyholders:
- Process Policyholder requests, to process the following requests received from policyholders:
- Change of address and contact
- Preparing documents for scanning into imaging system
- Checking customer requests
- Checking of completeness of documents submitted
- Checking of eligibility of application
- Typing of letters
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
- Min. Nitec/ Diploma in any field
- Min. 1 year relevant experience in admin duties
- Preferably with some insurance admin related experience
