Events Assistant #HYNT

Job Description

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion
• Support logistics including venue setup, décor, equipment, and supplier coordination
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services
• Assist with event registrations, guest lists, and attendee communication
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
• Welcome and direct guests, speakers, and stakeholders professionally
• Monitor event schedules and assist in resolving any issues promptly
• Handle event materials including signage, promotional items, and documentation
• Support marketing efforts including social media updates and event promotions
• Track event budgets and assist with basic expense recording
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback from attendees
• Maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and venue regulations
• Provide administrative support to the events team as required
