Job Scope
- Handle accounts payable: process invoices, staff claims, and payments
- Handle accounts receivable: issue invoices, track collections, and follow up on overdue accounts
- Perform AP/AR reconciliations and maintain accurate records
- Assist in month-end closing and prepare schedules
- Support GST compliance and audit requirements
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, banks, and internal teams
- Use accounting systems and Excel for daily operations
