- Assist in monthly, quarterly, yearly reports/Cashflow
- Assist GM in monthly PL+BS+New report
- Rotation of duties for General Ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory costing, order processing/goods returns entries and ensure timely and accurate postings.
- Assist in monthly closing process of Sage OE/IC/AR/PO/AP/GL modules and generate internal reports.
- Assist in Internal Control submission
- Assist in Auditor queries/request
- Assist in generating adhoc internal reports as and when required
Support Power BI reports and to create/amend PBI reports - Arrange employees-for courses (Data Protection matters)
- Assist in liaising with NOC to troubleshoot issues on PC/Laptop/ipads for users
- Assist in liaising with engineers
-power shutdown and server down - Other adhoc duties as assigned
