Jobs Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper matching with purchase orders and goods receipts
- Maintain accurate accounting records and perform vendor statement reconciliations
- Liaise with vendors and internal site staff to resolve invoice discrepancies or missing documentation
- Assist in preparation of payment batches and ensure payments are scheduled according to agreed terms
- Code invoices to the appropriate expense and project codes
- Maintain proper documentation and perform general administrative support for the AP function
