We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team to manage the accounts of the Bluebell Group ultimate holding entity as well as several other administrative and commercial entities accounts. The Senior Accountant will also support the annual consolidation of the group accounts.

This role is ideal for someone looking to contribute their accounting expertise in multiple fields related to holding companies accounting as well as administrative and commercial accounting of multiple companies in Singapore and Hong Kong.

The Senior Accountant will eventually manage a junior accountant fully dedicated to supporting his or her tasks.

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of the Group Accounts Consolidation for the annual audit.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Support the year-end closing process, including audits and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the other finance teams of the group to streamline monthly closing processes.
• Provide support in tax preparation and filing as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Microsoft D365, Sun Account…) and Excel. Expertise in Sun Account would be a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with colleagues based in Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur and meet deadlines.
• Travelling to Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong may be required on an ad hoc basis, in particular during the handover period.
