Prepare and issue invoices to patients, companies, and insurance.
Follow up on outstanding payments by calling and email.
Match payments received with invoices.
Liaise with insurance companies and corporate clients.
Prepare monthly AR report and meeting with directors.
Assist the outsource accountant in responding to queries.
Prepare monthly petty cash report.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned (e.g. government grant applications, clinic license renewals).
