This Senior Accountant position is ideal for a progressive accounting professional who finds fulfillment in adding value and has leadership aspirations. The organization hopes to develop a future leadership team, so we are seeking a well‑rounded, operation‑oriented individual who enjoys accounting, process improvement, and a variety of responsibilities.

Your scope of responsibility and career progression will include:

• Taking pride in the value‑add tied to quarterly and annual financial reporting, including consolidation of multiple legal entities.
• Partnering directly with the ownership team and operational leaders as you take on greater ownership of financial reporting, post‑close analysis, budgeting vs. actual, ad‑hoc reporting, and management‑level strategic planning meetings.
• Spending a significant portion of your time on challenging, engaging, and rewarding project work such as project accounting, process‑improvement initiatives, and researching and implementing automation tools to save time and add value to credit‑card reporting, accounts‑payable processing, FP&A, and overall financial reporting.
