• Minimum educational requirement:
  Bachelor s Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in communication and report writing
• Familiarity with SQL and Agile methodologies

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
• 1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry
• 1 - 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry
• Certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
