• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience in Information Systems or Technology
• Basic analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Basic communication skills
• Participation in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours support

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with the Health Insurance or Healthcare industry
• Certifications such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), The Open Framework Group (TOGAF), Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
