• Plan, design, build, test, implement, and support Epic software needs
• Analyze and document system requirements while evaluating user experience
• Configure changes within Epic environments to standardize workflows and resolve user issues
• Manage small to medium projects independently and update stakeholders on progress
• Conduct problem‑solving and root cause analysis for routine to moderately complex issues

• Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience (2 years in lieu of degree)
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire
• Excellent customer service skills and critical thinking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective teamwork

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
