• Lead the design, development, and execution of clinical and population health analyses and reports
• Establish effective relationships and communication with clinical, administrative, operational, financial, and technical stakeholders
• Serve as a strategic business partner by providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise
• Provide mentorship and consultative support to colleagues across the enterprise
• Manage projects efficiently to successful completion while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities

• Master s Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or related field
• 7 years of experience in leading clinical and population health reporting and analyses of progressive scope
• 7 years of experience with coding languages, analytical software, and processes using various healthcare data
• 5 years of project leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment
• 5 years of providing analytical consultation to various stakeholders

• Doctorate in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or related field
