The Opportunity
Cambria Maintenance Services has an exciting opportunity for an Electrician to cover all of South Wales. This is an exciting job where the work is varied, and you could be involved in minor repairs one day and then a full kitchen wiring upgrade the next. You can feel a real sense of achievement from doing the right job with good products and equipment.
Responsibilities- Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, new installations and certify your own work.
- Perform Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and hold the relevant inspection and testing qualification.
- Participate in 24/7 emergency call out service and manage scheduling with colleagues.
- Provide timely and accurate documentation for each work order.
- 18th edition qualified Electrician.
- Valid full driving licence.
- Ability to demonstrate competency for EICRs.
- Ability to work independently across South Wales.
Rate of pay: £18.77 per hour for a basic 40‑hour week (average earnings £39,041). Additional payment for emergency call out service.

Our work includes reactive repairs, empty property preparation, electrical testing and gas servicing. While wholly owned by Wales & West Housing Association, we are an independent company used to fulfil the maintenance and servicing needs of the Wales & West Housing Group.
