RoleSummary
- Management role owning sales performance across the UK & Ireland in medical imaging, ideally covering MR, CT, X-ray and Molecular Imaging.
- Build and execute a clear sales strategy to meet revenue, margin, and market share targets; improve win rate and deal quality across segments.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team; ensure capability building, consistent pipeline hygiene, and reliable forecast accuracy.
- Set measurable targets and quotas; monitor progress with KPIs and pipeline data, and take corrective actions based on insights.
- Analyze the UKI market (NHS and private), assess competitors, and identify new opportunities, tenders, and growth segments.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product/clinical teams to align go‑to‑market plans, messaging, and product feedback for UKI needs.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and partners; support complex deal shaping, pricing, and account planning.
- Prepare concise, regular reports for senior management with performance updates and clear recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field; master’s in business or related field is a plus.
- Several years of successful medical imaging sales experience in the UKI market within a multinational environment.
- Proven track record in strategy execution, pipeline management, and closing complex capital and service deals.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; experience leading, mentoring, and developing sales talent.
- Advanced analytical skills; proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools; confident in KPI‑driven management.
- Customer‑first approach with a history of building long‑term relationships and growing accounts.
- Willing and able to travel across the UK & Ireland.
