National Sales Manager – P&H OEM (Valves & Fittings)

Location: UK

We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to drive growth across the UK Plumbing & Heating OEM market
, with a strong focus on unvented heating manufacturers
.

This is a strategic and commercially focused role responsible for developing key OEM relationships, identifying new market opportunities and delivering sustained sales growth across the sector.

The Role

Develop and execute a national sales strategy within the P&H OEM market
Manage and grow relationships with key UK manufacturers and OEM customers
Identify and secure new business opportunities across adjacent P&H sectors
Work closely with customers on new product development and technical solutions
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at technical, commercial and director level
Maintain an active sales pipeline and deliver against revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in the UK Plumbing & Heating OEM market
Knowledge of valves, fittings and piping systems within OEM applications
Proven success in new business development and strategic sales
Experience managing high-value OEM accounts and manufacturer relationships
Self-motivated with the ability to develop and execute a national sales strategy
Engineering or technical background advantageous
