We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Cloud Sales team. You’ll be responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of channel partners, helping them grow their Cloud business through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic support.

You’ll work closely with top-tier vendors like Microsoft, playing a key role in transforming how Cloud solutions are delivered to UK businesses.

This desk-based role offers clear progression into a field-based Key Account Manager position.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing channel partners.
  • Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account development.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts.
  • Build long-term relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support partner success.

Your Experience

  • Proven experience managing a high-volume account portfolio in the IT channel (vendor, distributor, or reseller).
  • Strong B2B Account Management background.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce).
  • Tenacious, competitive, and committed to delivering results.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
