Business Development Account Manager (Partnerships Manager)

Our client is a fast-growing UK Awarding Organisation and established End-Point Assessment provider, partnering with over 500 schools, colleges, universities and training providers globally.

With continued growth and strategic investment across the FE sector, they’re now looking to hire an FE Partnerships Manager to lead and expand high-value college partnerships across their region.

This is a field-based, strategic relationship role - focused on growing existing FE partnerships, securing new college accounts and positioning the organisation as a long-term, proactive partner across awarding and assessment services.

The role
  • Own a defined regional Further Education portfolio of high-value clients
  • Strategically grow existing college partnerships
  • Win new business within Further Education providers
  • Sell as a strategic long-term partner
    , not a transactional supplier
  • Spend around 3 days a week on the road
    , meeting customers and attending events
  • Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on long-term value and revenue growth
  • You’re supported by internal sales, marketing and product teams, so the focus remains on partnership growth and strategic engagement.

About you
  • Experience working within or alongside the Further Education sector
  • Strong background in account growth, partnership management or consultative sales
  • Commercially driven and target-focused
  • Comfortable working field-based within a regional territory
