Extrusion Operator

Location: Ammanford
Shift: Monday - Thursday | 6:00pm - 6:00am
Pay: £12.21 per hour (rising to £12.71 from 1st April)
Pay progression: £13+ per hour after 12 weeks
Pay: Weekly pay every Friday via JDR Recruitment

JDR Recruitment are currently looking for Night Shift Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing facility in the Ammanford area
.

This role is based within the Extrusion Department
, supporting the production of specialist building products within a fast-paced factory environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term work, weekly pay and clear pay progression

Working as part of the extrusion team, your duties may include:

• Operating and monitoring extrusion machinery
• Feeding materials into production equipment
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Packing and preparing items ready for the next stage of production
• Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Full training will be provided.

• Monday - Thursday
• 6:00pm - 6:00am
• 4 shifts per week
• Long weekends every week

• £12.21 per hour
• Rising to £12.71 per hour from 1st April
• £13+ per hour after 12 weeks

• Previous production, factory, or machine operating experience is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to work night shifts
• Reliable and punctual
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
