Manufacturing Cleanroom Operators

Blue Arrow is recruiting Manufacturing Cleanroom Operatives to join our expanding team based in the Baglan area. Our client is a Global leader in their field.

The successful candidates will have a keen eye for detail, high levels of accuracy, be target driven and the ability to work to standards that meet with GMP, 5s, Quality and Health and Safety.

Rate of pay: £15.74ph, 3 shifts rotating weekly. 37.5 hours per week (overtime is paid at enhanced rates such as time and half and double time).

Morning:
Mon-Fri, 6am-2pm
Afternoon:
Mon-Fri, 2pm-10pm
Night:
Sun-Thurs, 10pm-6am

Contract:

This is a temporary, ongoing position with a view to become permanent providing candidates meet performance and job spec criteria.

• Work as part of a successful team as well as working on your own initiative.
• Comply with Health & Safety policy considering duty of care for yourself and others at all times.
• Carry out all duties as required by your Line Manager.
• Perform all relevant tests/procedures within production process to meet quality standards.
• Meet cleanliness and hygiene standards expected of a health‑care company.
• Clean and maintain the production environment, taking part in the Plant 5s programs at all times.
• Show attention to detail and accuracy with all paperwork expected of a GMP manufacturer.
• Interface with members of Production, Warehouse, Maintenance and Quality.
• Adapt to a continuously changing production environment with flexibility and a positive attitude.
• Maintain attendance and time‑keeping to meet the company’s strict zero‑tolerance discipline standards.
