As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Neighbourhood Caretaker to join our team and help make a big difference to our properties and communities.
AboutThe Role
The role of Neighbourhood Caretaker is a pivotal position within our Neighbourhood Team, working to achieve operational targets and service standards. Responsibilities include cleaning Tai Tarian accommodation such as office areas, communal areas in blocks of flats, Hafen schemes and welfare facilities. Reporting to the Team Leader, the role is responsible for creating a positive first impression of our buildings and communities by ensuring they are professionally cleaned, creating an environment that is welcoming, hygienic and homely.
The role is permanent, full‑time with a salary of £23,613.00 a year. As we expand to meet demand there are opportunities for career growth in many technical and management directions.
About YouTo be successful you must have experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Putting customers at the heart of everything we do, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Enjoy working closely as part of a team to achieve outcomes.
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately, to the right standard and delivered on time.
- Be confident and proficient in the use of technology.
- Have good attention to detail and the ability to process detailed information effectively.
Additional requirements include a valid manual driving licence to travel through the borough consistently. As part of the role, you will be required to drive a company vehicle and therefore all candidates must undertake a driving assessment provided by Tai Tarian.
