The normal place of work for this role will be the Pavilion but the post holder may be required to work at any location or property of Peterlee Town Council.

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Senior Catering Lead to oversee and coordinate all catering operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for stock control, budgeting, ordering, supervising staff, and maintaining excellent customer relationships to ensure the delivery of a high-quality catering service.

Preparing food from start to finish including purchasing ingredients, cooking & presenting the finished product, and to oversee food preparation, presentation & service to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
