The role - Learning Support Assistant

In this role, you will work closely with students who have additional learning needs, including SEN, SEMH, and those requiring extra academic support. Responsibilities include providing one-to-one and small group interventions, supporting students within mainstream lessons, adapting resources to meet individual needs, and working collaboratively with teaching staff and the SEN department.
