German & English Speaking Customer Service Advisor *Hybrid

Overview

We are recruiting for a permanent German & English Bilingual Customer Service Advisor to speak both German and English.

• Respond to English and German emails, answer English and German calls
• Deal with customer queries on our system and translate replies from English to German and German to English
• Deliver customer service excellence in all aspects of supporting clients' customers over the phone and in writing in both English and German
• You will be communicating directly with customers on the phone, by email, social media and live web chat
• The Bilingual Customer Service Advisor will report into the German Team Leader

• Salary: £26,312 per annum

  Hybrid for London office
• Hours:
  
  40 paid hours per week
• Shifts:
  
  Monday - Saturday, based on a shift pattern. 8 hour shifts between the opening hours of 8am - 8pm. Rota provided 2 weeks in advance for easy planning
