Chartered Quantity Surveyor

We are recruiting for an experienced, Chartered Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well‑established South Coast contractor with over 40 years experience delivering construction projects across the education, healthcare, residential, community and public sectors.

• Full commercial management from tender handover through to final account
• Interim valuations, CVRs, cost forecasting and final accounts
• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
• Managing variations, payments and cost control
• Working under JCT and or NEC contracts
• Supporting project teams to maintain commercial performance

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Chartered RICS
• 3 to 7 years’ experience with a UK main contractor
• Good working knowledge of JCT and or NEC forms of contract
• Comfortable managing subcontractors independently

• Salary circa £70,000 plus package including company vehicle or allowance
