We're recruiting an experienced Site Manager with strong Setting Out capabilities to lead the resurfacing of a busy operational Bus Station Car Park. This is a high‑profile project requiring excellent coordination, technical accuracy, and a proactive approach to managing works in a live public environment.

• Oversee daily site operations for resurfacing and associated civils works
• Carry out setting out for levels, drainage, kerbing, and resurfacing lines
• Manage subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
• Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and the public to minimise disruption
• Maintain site documentation, RAMS, permits, progress reports, and QA records
• Monitor health & safety compliance on a busy, live site

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on civil engineering or highways projects
• Strong competence in setting out using GPS/Total Station
• Experience on surfacing or car park renewal projects preferred
• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to coordinate works safely around pedestrians, vehicles, and live operations
