A growing residential developer in Pembrokeshire is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build housing development. You will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring subcontractor quality, and maintaining health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in timber frame housing projects, excellent organizational skills, and necessary qualifications such as SMSTS and CSCS.
