This is a standalone role with no direct reports, but significant visibility, ownership, and growth potential. You’ll play a key role in shaping comparator sourcing activities and directly contributing to company revenue and expansion.

We’re open to two types of profiles
:

• 2+ years of sourcing experience at a clinical trial services organisation, ideally within comparators, parallel imports, unlicensed medicines or ancillaries
• Confident jumping into a fast paced environment and learning quickly.
• Comfortable taking ownership, asking questions, and getting stuck in.
• Training and support will be provided for the right attitude.

• A highly experienced comparator sourcing or clinical supply professional.
• Looking for a role where you can make your mark, influence revenue growth, and help scale the business.
• Comfortable operating independently in a lean structure with minimal hierarchy.

• Proactively sourcing comparators in line with study requirements and timelines.
• Building strong relationships with suppliers (manufacturers and wholesalers) and internal stakeholders.
• Contributing ideas and solutions that support scalability and commercial growth.
• Thriving in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where ownership is encouraged.
