About The Job (Job Responsibilities):
Provide technical expertise on micronutrient products (e.g., chelated micronutrients, for soil and foliar application).
Actively serve as technical support for marketing, sales, and external customers.
Provide applications test data and/or technical service to customers using or testing, existing or new Nouryon products.
Support pre-sales and post sales activities, including customer visits and technical presentations.
Support customers with product selection, application rates, compatibility and timing.
Troubleshoot, conduct trials if required, and interpret performance evaluations.
Contribute to value propositions and technical justifications for customers.
Collaborate with R&D and product management on new product development, formulation improvement and application guidance.
Provide market feedback on crop needs, regional deficiencies and competitive products.
Support creation of technical documents (technical report, trial summaries, labels, FAQs).
Deliver technical training to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Act as a liaison with external customers technology groups and provide technical support including presentations to diverse audiences globally on an as needed basis.
Stay updated on crop nutrition trends, regulations and sustainability practices.
Establish a zero-incident culture and ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations and company HSE standards.
Team player, closely working with colleague.

We believe you bring (Education & Experience):
Bachelor's or master's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, Plant Nutrition, or a related discipline.
5-10 years’ experience in agronomy, technical service or crop nutrition role.
Proven experience with micronutrients in soil and foliar application.
Strong understanding of crop nutrient deficiencies, soil chemistry and fertilizer interaction.
