Duty and Working days: 6 days with Rotational shift
Preferred candidate:
Fluency in English & Locally from Mumbai
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking , update inventory using the SAP MM (Materials Management) module
Train and supervise store staff
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage cash registers and handle financial transactions
Prepare and analyze sales reports
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
