Purpose:

Lead the Infrastructure and Operations domain, responsible for all aspects of digital operations including planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring Data Centre Operations and all end-user support services.
Oversee End User Services, Computer Operations, Data Centre Services, and Hardware Support Services to maintain customer satisfaction and ensure quality standards.
Ensure adherence to processes, policies, and service level agreements for customer responsiveness, incident resolution, and follow-up.
Provide technical expertise in the evaluation, selection, implementation, and maintenance of information systems with respect to Clean Energy.

Job Accountabilities:
Build and manage large-scale data centers.
Develop and operate cloud-native IaaS and PaaS layers and OnPrem.
Lead project development and execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Expedite projects and manage partnerships effectively.
Optimize resources to enhance operational efficiency.
Engineer performance of digital platforms to meet organizational goals.
Stay abreast of digital technology trends and innovations.
Document and present technical and operational information clearly and effectively.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in building and managing large-scale data centers.
Expertise in building and operating cloud-native IaaS and PaaS layers and OnPrem.
Strong experience in project development, execution, expedition, partner management, and resource optimization.
Expertise in performance engineering of digital platforms.
Knowledge of digital technology trends and innovation.
Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Experience

Required:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in relevant fields.

Preferred Educational

Qualification:

Master’s/MS in Engineering or equivalent from a reputed Tier I institute (desirable).
Bachelor’s/BE or equivalent from a reputed Tier I university/college.
