Gather business requirements for network active and passive activities
Coordinate with vendors for scope finalization and technical discussions
Execute passive and active network implementation by coordinating with vendors
Troubleshoot and respond in a timely manner to network-related service requests and incidents
Raise and manage tickets with ISPs and coordinate resolution for MPLS, ILL, and Point-to-Point links
Perform new switch installation, configuration, and troubleshooting in coordination with L2 and L3 teams
Install, configure, and troubleshoot wireless access points along with L2 and L3 teams
Plan and implement network infrastructure for new sites and office expansions
Ensure network availability, performance, security, and scalability
Maintain proper documentation for network changes, incidents, and configurations
Support network redundancy, high availability, and disaster recovery initiatives
