Key Responsibilities:
Search for relevant tenders on government portals (e.g., GEM, CPPP, eProc portals)
Prepare and submit tender documents online
Maintain records of submitted tenders and deadlines
Coordinate with internal teams for required documents and approvals
Draft, send, and manage professional emails
Maintain documentation and filing of all communication and tender-related files
Handle basic office administration and follow-ups
Requirements:
Graduate in any field (Commerce or Business preferred)
Good knowledge of computers and internet browsing
Familiarity with e-tender portals is a plus
Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, punctual, and reliable
Preferred:
Experience working in a government-facing company or with e-tenders
Ability to multitask and handle documentation under deadlines
